Who we are
This website (www.southfloridapropertysearch.org) is operated for Chase Farache, Broker Associate with Silver Lining Realty Group, 6413 Congress Ave Ste 100, Boca Raton, FL 33487 ("we", "us"). What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in the contact form, call, text or email, we receive what you give us: typically your name, phone number, email address and message, and details about the property or space you are looking for or selling.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site. This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and provide the real estate services you ask for.
- To follow up by phone, email or text about your enquiry, and, if you agree, with updates relevant to your search or sale.
- To keep records required by Florida real estate law and our brokerage.
- To protect the site and our systems from spam and abuse.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give consent on our form or by texting us, we may send you text messages about your enquiry, showings, appointments, your transaction and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers who send messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run our website, form and customer-relationship system (including our form and CRM provider, LeadConnector/HighLevel, and Cloudflare), only so they can provide those services to us.
- Parties to your transaction, when you ask us to act for you: for example lenders, title and closing agents, inspectors, associations, landlords or the other side's broker, and only what that step needs.
- Our brokerage, Silver Lining Realty Group, as required for supervision and record keeping.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded contact form is provided by our form provider and may use cookies or similar storage that it needs to work and to prevent spam. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the form may not work if you block them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as we need them to serve you and as long as Florida real estate law and our brokerage require, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by emailing chase@slrg.net. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails by replying to tell us.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
